Kematangan Karier Siswa: Peranan Tipe Kepribadian dan Dukungan Sosial

Kematangan karier merupakan kesiapan individu dalam menentukan yang tepat di masa mendatang sesuai dengan pengetahuan diperlukan untuk membuat pilihan realistis. Penelitian ini dilakukan tujuan mengetahui peranan atau pengaruh faktor kepribadian dan dukungan sosial terhadap kematangan siswa. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif analisis kausalitas. Responden sebanyak 205 partisipan (perempuan 164 orang laki-laki 41orang; rentang usia 17-19 tahun mean = 17 sd 0.54). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner big five personality (BFI, Pervin, & John, 1999), (social provisions scale, Cutrona, C. E., Russell, D. W. 1987), (CMI-Form C, Savickas 2011). Analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukan bahwa berkontribusi secara signifikan karir baik simultan terpisah. Adapun hal factor kepribadian, meski Bersama-sama berpengaruh karir, namun bila ditelisik lebih jauh diperoleh hasil concientiounesslah memiliki peran faktor-faktor lainnya tidak signifikan.
